1. The Church meeting shall be opened and closed by prayer.2. The Church shall have a Moderator and a Clerk. 3. Only one member shall speak at a time who shall rise from his seat and address the Moderator when he is about to make his speech. 4. The person thus speaking shall not be interrupted in his speech by any except the Moderator till he is done speaking. 5. He shall strictly adhere to the subject and in no wise reflect on the person who spoke before so as to make remarks on his slips or imperfections but shall fairly state the case and matter as nearly as he can so as to convey his light or ideas. 6. No member shall abruptly absent himself from the Church without particular necessity. 7. No member shall rise and speak more than three times to one subject without liberty obtained of the Church. 8. No member shall have liberty of laughing or whispering in the time of a public speech. 9. No member of the Church shall address another in any other terms or appellation but the title of Brother or Sister as the case may be. 10. The Moderator shall not interrupt any member or prohibit him from speaking till he gives his light on the subject except he break the Rules of this Decorum. 11. The names of the several members of the Church shall be enrolled by the Clerk. 12. The Moderator shall be entitled to the same priviledge of speech as another member provided the chair be filled and he shall have no vote unless the Church be equally divided. 13. Any member who shall knowingly break any of these Rules shall be reproved by the Church as she shall think proper.
